I am the only coach in Poland with extensive experience in both data engineering and management. This unique combination helps me understand the challenges modern leaders face from both a technological and a human perspective.

Over the years, I have managed teams and learned the importance of empathy, communication and supporting other people’s growth. Combining this experience with certified coaching creates a powerful tool for change.
