Terms and conditions

Definitions

  • Coach — the professional conducting coaching sessions and supporting the Client (Coachee) in achieving their development goals.
  • Coachee — the person using coaching services (the Client) and participating in the coaching process.
  • Coaching session — a 60-minute online meeting via Google Meet.

Sessions and rescheduling

Sessions take place online. You may reschedule or cancel no later than 24 hours before the meeting. Otherwise, the full fee applies.

Payments and invoicing

  • Payment is made in advance by bank transfer.
  • Payment confirmation is sent by email.
  • A VAT invoice is issued without a tax identification number (NIP), as the Coach does not have a NIP.

Declarations and contraindications

The Coachee declares that there are no contraindications to their participation in coaching. Coaching does not replace therapy or psychiatric treatment.

  • Serious mental health conditions (for example, depression, psychosis or personality disorders).
  • Recent trauma, suicidal thoughts or an intense emotional crisis.
  • Active substance or behavioural addictions.
  • A lack of readiness for introspection or motivation to change.

Life circumstances and time commitment

  • A lack of time and commitment affects the effectiveness of the process.
  • Coaching is not suitable for resolving immediate crises.
  • A lack of realistic goals may require additional support.

Alignment with the coaching approach

  • The Coach does not provide ready-made advice, but supports the Client in discovering their own solutions.
  • A lack of willingness to change limits the effectiveness of the process.

Final provisions

  • The Coachee agrees to a single follow-up contact after the process to request a review.
  • These terms and conditions were drawn up in Polish.
